Villa-Luz By The Sea.
Villa-Luz By The Sea is one of the beach resorts that can be found in
Carcar City, Cebu. Located in Sitio Bantayan, Tuyom Carcar City. It's a
10 minute ride from CarCar City Hall and almost 2 hours drive from
Mactan International Airport.
The beach resort has function room for events, videoke house, small
to medium sized nipa cottages. It has Beach Store inside where you
can buy snacks and beverages. One functional toilet & bath,
barbeque house for grilling raw foods, parking area located across
the resort, and small veranda for waiting guests.
The management imposed Entrance fee of Php 10 per guest for those
who will rent cottages and Php 20 per guest without using cottage.
Rental of small cottages is Php 250 while the medium sized cottages
worth Php 300. Guest can bring food inside without paying corkage fee. Parking fee
is Php 30 for 4 wheels vehicles and Php 20 for motorcycles. The
resort has no lifeguard so everyone swims at their own risk.
Operating hours start from 6:00 am 6:00 pm.

Sea water level on most mornings is high so everyone can swim the
sea nearby without going further from the resort and in the
afternoon is low tide. There are many mangroves around the area
and sea rocks. Shoreline is missing in the area. Calm sea breeze
and pristine sea water are without a doubt the Vitamin Sea
everyone's looking for.
